ROLLS-ROYCE CELEBRATES RECORD GOODWOOD REVIVAL

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars celebrated a record Goodwood Revival over the weekend, with all three days of the popular event selling out for the first time ahead of Revival Friday. The local manufacturer of super luxury motor cars hosted customers, prospects and VIPs and also entertained the thousands of visitors to the world’s most popular historic motor race meeting in true Rolls-Royce style.

Rolls Royce at the Goodwood Revival

The sell-out 2012 Goodwood Revival achieved a record 146,000 attendees over the three day event (14th-16th September) in glorious Autumn sunshine.  Motor sport enthusiasts and retro-fashion fans flocked to Goodwood  to join in the fun and celebrations at the world’s largest historic motor race meeting, firmly establishing the Revival as the ‘must attend’ event of the year.

Goodwood to be prime beneficiary of record sales for Rolls-Royce, and it would seem that the Spirit of Ecstasy is bucking the trend in the midst of a recession, with over 1000 people employed onsite at their Goodwood factory, this is a huge boost to the local economy.
